Visualisations

The interactive visualisation shows a side-by-side comparison of two maps, titled base_unadapted and the name of your preferred adaptation option.

The SHOW LEGEND button reveals a legend for the displayed colours. You have two map view options: ICONS or HEAT MAP.

Select the option you want to view. The ‘heat map’ view groups assets, and the ‘icons’ view shows individual assets.

Click on the PLAY button to start an animation that displays impacts over time, from the start year to the end year that you originally set.

Move the slider on the Animation timer below the map to slow or speed up the visualisation.

You can change the risk cost ceiling to change the scale of the visualisation.
